How to order
To make a purchase Online
Purchasing one of our products Online could not be easier or safer, as transactions are made using PayPal our Secure Online Payment Facility.
Just browse our Online Shop, and once you have decided which item/s you would like to purchase:
Step 1 - Where applicable, make your selection from the drop down choice boxes
Step 2 - Click on Add To Cart and once you have finished shopping
Step 3 - Click on Checkout and complete the few details required to satisfy the order.
Once you have placed your order payment can be made using any Major Credit or Debit Card, or by using your PayPal Account if you have one.
To make a purchase by Phone
You are welcome to place your order over the phone - just call: 0845 643 1891
Payment can be made using any Major Credit or Debit Card and confirmation of you order and payment, once processed, will be sent to you via email or post.
Other methods of payment accepted are Cheque, Postal Order, PayPal Money Request and eCheque.
Adding an Inscription
Online orders: Where an Inscription is required, please type your desired wording into the inscription box where applicable.
Phone Orders: For Inscriptions taken over the phone these will be sent for customer approval prior to commencing your order.
Email: If you are making an enquiry, seeking advice or your inscription is very involved, please email your wording to info@petsinparadise.co.uk
Please be mindful that the amount of text may be restricted by the space available, and in some cases a text allowance may be applicable.
We shall design the layout of the inscription in what we feel is the most appropriate format, and minor alterations may be necessary.
