When Eric died, I ordered a small marker to go in the garden where he is buried. I was very impressed with the speed of delivery and of its quality when it arrived. I emailed to express my appreciation, just in case there was a ‘real person’ the other end. Imagine my surprise and delight when Carol answered in person, saying how pleased she was that I was so impressed with the marker. I will always remember her genuine concern and thoughtfulness; it brought me a little bit of light at a very dark time.

We received the memorial, thank you so much. We are thrilled with it, the quality and value for money is exceptional. The coffin also arrived at the vets on the day specified and we were also really pleased with that too. If it's not too morbid to say, Milly looked lovely! It was totally the right thing to bring her home.

Thank you for replying to my email which arrived when I was out of my office yesterday, regrettably, to have my cat put down. He had become acutely ill and we had to call the vet. He is now in our garden. I would like to say that your coffin was absolutely beautiful, very well made and the fact we could screw the lid down gave us added comfort that he would be secure in his grave. I was very impressed with the quality of the coffin and would like you to post this comment on your website if appropriate.

I will recommend your company to friends and acquaintances without hesitation. Thankyou for the prompt delivery also.

The portrait is absolutely brilliant. It is just Dougal to a tee! Am so very very pleased. Certainly do not want any changes made - I think my mum and dad will love the portrait when they see it at Christmas time.

Baileys memorial arrived on Thursday morning and it is absolutely beautiful! I have placed it amongst my water feature and plants in my border and it looks lovely. Now I can see Bailey every time I look outside.

The plaques were lovely, we were both very pleased. Jasmine was buried following a lovely ceremony on Sunday. I cannot thank you enough for the caring level of service which you gave me, even rushing the plaques to me by special delivery. Often companies just take your money and couldn’t care less, it is refreshing to find a company that cares. My heartfelt thanks to you.

Oh! Its the most beautiful portrait I have ever seen! She looks perfect! How the artist has managed to capture her so well, its unbelievable. I cried when I saw it. I never imagined it would be so true to her. I know that we didn't have any decent photographs of her because she didn't like having them taken. I cannot begin to say 'Thank you' enough. Please, please let the artist know how absolutely thrilled we are. It is so like Tia.

We loved this little dog so much, life with out her is so hard. I was so frightened that in years to come I would forget some things about her. This portrait has captured her so well, I am now convinced that it will help me to remember everything. I cannot begin to explain how wonderful this portrait is, my grief is deep but this has helped to ease it a little.

The portrait is most thankfully approved of. You and the artist will always be thought of in the warmest way in our home. Please don't change a thing on it, its perfect.

Just a few lines to let you know that I received Heidi's stone today, and my thoughts when I opened it were how beautiful it looked. My cousin was here with me so after unwrapping it and admiring it we went down the garden to put it in it's rightful place and it looks absolutely super, and stands out for every one to see. Heidi would be proud!

My paw print cloud was delivered today, and I would like to thank you for the brilliant service I received from you before placing my order, through to the finished product itself. It is a beautiful tribute to my lovely cat Jess. I still miss him loads and although it can't stop me feeling sad it helped choosing the words and planning the design to give him the fitting tribute he deserved so much.
