Making a Purchase
Purchasing one of our products could not be easier. Just browse our online shop and click on any item that you wish to purchase and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. When adding an inscription, please use an asterisk (*) to indicate a new line.
We reserve the right to make minor alterations to the inscriptions and/or design where essential. We shall design the layout of the inscription in the most appropriate format but if you have a specific request please specify.
Postage and Packaging
Items returned under the 7 days approval are returned at the purchasers expense.
The Biodegradable Cardboard Coffins are sent out by courier with NEXT DAY DELIVERY, if ordered before noon that day, otherwise delivery will be the day after that. Due to this, postage will always be added onto the coffin purchases, even when ordering other products. If multiple items are ordered you may contact out offices for a postage discount (other than coffins).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING POSTAGE & PACKAGING
ALL COFFIN ORDERS are shipped with next day delivery, if ordered by noon. This is a Monday to Friday delivery service. Orders taken on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday unless otherwise specified for a Saturday delivery.
Deliveries required for a Saturday will be at an additional charge. PLEASE CONTACT OUR OFFICE FOR DETAILS.
The price of next day delivery only applies to England, Wales and Southern Scotland, up to and including Glasgow and Edinburgh. For all other destinations please contact us for further information on 0845 643 1891.
All memorials are made to order and delivery can take between 1 to 6 weeks. Please see individual items for delivery details. If requested, we will contact you to advise you of the expected delivery date once it is known.
Pet Coffin Next Day Delivery is NOT guaranteed.
MONDAY TO FRIDAY DELIVERIES
All pet coffins will be dispatched for next day delivery and will be with you next day if ordered before noon or the 2 days if after noon. This is available for Monday to Friday deliveries.
All pet coffins dispatched for Saturday delivery is by arrangement only at additional charge.
All quoted prices include VAT where applicable.
Postage and Packaging is provided under separate contract and is therefore NOT refundable under the 7 days return approval.
Credit Card Security
At present we use the online facility of PayPal, which is a very secure fully encrypted site. We do not store any credit card details on computer and have not known of any documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping facility.
Pets in Paradise would like to guarantee your satisfaction. We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days and we will also endeavour to keep you informed throughout. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Pets in Paradise do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used, and to store your details.
Personalised items are NOT refundable and are NOT sent on approval. However your statutory rights are not affected.
Please allow between 2 to 8 weeks for delivery of all personalised and handcrafted items.
All items are insured in transit, but any items arriving damaged must be reported to the company in writing within 3 days of receipt. A full refund or replacement item will be made available in the case of loss or damage caused in transit at the discretion of the company.
Damaged or faulty items must be returned either in, or with, original packaging. Post and Packaging charges will be refunded in connection with damaged or faulty items upon receiving the appropriate postal receipt in connection with the return of damaged or faulty goods.
All items must be paid with order.
