Making A Purchase Making A Purchase
Purchasing one of out products could not be easier. Just browse our online shop and click on any item that you wish to purchase and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. When adding an inscription, please use an * to indicate a new line.
We reserve the right to make minor alterations to the inscriptions and/or design where essential. We shall design the layout of the inscription in the most appropriate format but if you have a specific request please specify.

Shipping And Handling Postage and Packaging
Only Pet Coffins may be collected from our premises. All items will be sent via courier.
Postage and Packaging is provided under separate contract and is therefore NOT refundable under the 7 days return approval.
Items returned under the 7 days approval are returned at the purchasers expense.
The Willow Coffins and the Bio-degradable Cardboard Coffins are sent out by courier with NEXT DAY DELIVERY, if ordered before noon that day, otherwise delivery will be the day after that. Due to this, postage will always be added onto the coffin purchases, even when ordering other products. If multiple items are ordered you may contact out offices for a postage discount (other than coffins)
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING POSTAGE & PACKING
ALL COFFIN ORDERS are shipped with next day delivery, if ordered by noon. This is a Monday to Friday delivery service. Deliveries required for a Saturday delivery day have a surcharge of £15.00. Orders taken on a Friday before noon, will be delivered on a Monday.
The price of next day delivery only applies to England and Wales and Southern Scotland, up to and including Glasgow and Edinburgh. All other destinations please contact us for further information on 0845 643 1891.
Memorial orders are between £5 to £13.50 to England, Wales and Southern Scotland, up to and including Glasgow and Edinburgh. All other destinations please ring for more

Delivery Schedule Delivery Schedule
All memorials are made to order and so delivery can take between 1and 6 weeks. Please see individual items for delivery times. We will contact you to advise you, once delivery date is known.
All pet coffins will be dispatched for next day delivery and will be with you next day if ordered before noon or the 2 days if after noon. Available Monday to Friday. £15.00 surcharge for Saturday Delivery, if requested.

Pets in Paradise do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used, and to store your details.

Returns Policy Returns Policy
Personalised items are NOT refundable and are NOT sent on approval, however your statutory rights are not affected.
Please allow 4-8 weeks for delivery of all Personalised and handcrafted items.
Any items arriving damaged must be reported to the company in writing within 3 days of receipt. A full refund or replacement item will be made available in the case of loss or damage upon return of the damaged item. Post and Packaging charges will be refunded in connection with damaged items upon the receipt of the appropriate postal receipt in connection with the return of damaged item.
